Yulista Aviation supports the PIF’s current operations, prototype development, modifications & upgrades, sustainment and bridging of technology gaps with delivery of hardware, software, and services. The PIF concept focuses on assembling and integrating Government and industry expertise to support customer-funded requirements.
YAI supports the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Full Rate Production Lot III, focusing on full-rate production of various aircraft components along with the production and installation of modification kits.

Tim is a proven leader with over 40 years of experience in the defense industry supporting a broad array of ground combat systems, missile, and aviation programs while serving in various technical, programmatic, and executive leadership roles. Tim currently serves as General Manager for the Defense Systems & Solutions (DSS) joint venture to manage the DEVCOM Missile and Aviation Center’s Prototype Integration Facility (PIF-3) contract.
