This Summer I had my first Intern here at yulistaholdingllc. The past 10 weeks have been a really great experience in teaching new skills, creating a educational environment and showing her some of the amazing things we get to do here at Yulista! It has definitely opened my eyes to a new way of viewing our company and the endless capabilities that we have. Tomorrow is her last day and I wanted to send her home with a little token of appreciation from all of us… 😊 #teamyulista

Josh successfully led the restructuring of the M1 tool room, which involved overhauling the layout, inventory system, and process management to align with the standards set by the M5/M6 Tool Rooms. Despite the challenging task of handling 6,500 line items of tools and test sets, Josh completed the entire restructuring within a tight 3-month timeframe. Working diligently with 60-70 hour work weeks, he finished the project just in time for the annual APT Survey. We recognize and appreciate Josh's dedication, hard work, and extended hours put into this project. #ACEEOM #TeamYulista #ACE #V22 #YulistaMIM

Yulista team member, Liz Nieves, shares her Puerto Rican pride and highlights the value of sharing traditions to teach others about different cultures, including a delicious Puerto Rican Recipe! Thank you for always sharing your culture with Team Yulista not just this month, but every day! “For me, being Puerto Rican means privilege and pride. My roots are Puerto Rican roots. An island that is resilient, a “pueblo” that doesn’t give up, and an island that has survived many hard times, but always stands proud. Those are my roots and that’s who I am. I’m resilient, I don’t give up, and I stand proud. Every day I live my culture and my traditions. From the music I listen to on my way to work (yes, I know is a little loud) to the food I prepare at home (most days 😊). Maintaining traditions can be hard especially when you are living somewhere else. There is a saying “I may not live in Puerto Rico, but my heart will always be Boricua.” That statement resonates with me. No matter where I am, I will always be Boricua! Sharing traditions is important, you find out there are a lot of things we have in common, but even more valuable is that we have so much to learn from one another. We are a melting pot of awesomeness! For this Hispanic Heritage Month, I shared a recipe of one of my favorite dishes “Pernil” roasted pork, a staple of Puerto Rican food, try it and while you eat, listen to some salsa music!
