Jong Lee

President

A retired Army Colonel and Senior Army Aviator, Jong Lee brings 30 years of military and Aerospace Industry experience. Prior to joining Yulista, Jong managed tactical missiles and missile defense systems research and development programs, and prior to that, successfully held program and engineering management positions in Industry and Government.

Emmett Garrett

Having served as an Army Civilian Division Chief for the Redstone Test Center, Emmett came to Yulista a proven leader with a wealth of experience in Aviation Test and Evaluation and Systems Engineering.  Prior to joining Yulista, he also provided subject matter expertise for development and sustainment of aircraft survivability equipment as a Sr. Principal Systems engineer with the Army PMO-ASE.  This came after a 21-yr career conducting and leading test and evaluation efforts for the Army where he served many roles from leading teams of flight test engineers conducting the Army’s flight test mission to leading a division responsible for instrumentation design, integration, data acquisition and processing.  His experience in the Aerospace Industry will serve him well in his current role as the Principal Systems Engineer for Yulista Services, LLC; Yulista Solutions, LLC; and Yulista Tactical Services, LLC.
