Scott Jacobsen


Scott has over 36 years of aviation, engineering, and program management experience in both the US Army and industry. He retired from the Army in 2005 as the Director of Systems Integration for the 160th SOAR(A). He joined Yulista in 2019 after 13 years with Rockwell Collins (Collins Aerospace) where he was the Director of Army Rotary Wing Solutions and Huntsville GM. Scott and his leadership team have a vision of making Yulista Services LLC the preferred Digital Engineering solutions provider in the US.

General Manager

Scott joined Yulista in 2019 as the Director of Engineering before transitioning into the role of General Manager. His previous experience with L3 Link Simulation and Training and Rockwell Collins shapes a career of over 29 years of engineering and program management experience in simulation and training, avionics development, and program management supporting the U.S. Military and international commercial customers.
