On 25 April 2024, 8 members of YulistaCARES Jacksonville Team volunteered at the Feeding Northeast Florida organization, supporting their mission to solve hunger in Northeast Florida.
Feeding Northeast Florida is the largest, most efficient food bank serving eight counties. Thanks to the generosity of the community, those in need can purchase additional low-cost food items to meet the needs of Northeast Florida families and individuals who struggle to put food on the table.
The Jacksonville YulistaCARES team was proud to support as volunteers, sorting and inspecting 3,821lbs of donated food, which will provide 3,184 meals for our neighbors in need. Additionally, the team packaged 107 boxes in support of 214 Door Dash meals. Their efforts directly contributed to the livelihood of our neighbors and positively impacted the well being of our community.
