Yulista Tactical Services, LLC (YTS) wins a Direct Award from the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) for the Sailor 2025 (S2025) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Content Conversion (CC) for Cryptologic Technician, Maintenance (CTM) Rating.
Work on the contract will be performed primarily at the YTS facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Travel will occur to the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) in Pensacola for data gathering and workshops.
YTS will design, develop, test, and deliver products for CTM A-School and Antenna Maintenance courses. The team will employ innovative instructional systems design, systems engineering, and training assessment approaches with new and modernized technologies. YTS will support accession training while simultaneously supporting the broader Sailor 2025 overarching goal of improving Sailors’ transfer of training to the operational work environment. This includes converting and improving designated courses, so they are compatible with the waterfront or shipboard environments and contributes to acquiring actionable knowledge and employing modernized media, instructional, and motivational strategies that are engaging. Training will include Instructor-Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT), Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT), Structured On-The-Job Training (SOJT), and Performance Support (PS).
