We recognize the positive impact individual non-profits have on the well-being of our teammates, families, and communities. Yulista is committed to making significant contributions to our partnered organizations through volunteer hours, financial contributions, and targeted resources. Our mission is to help engage Yulista team members with our community through acts of service. Hiring Our Heroes – Hiring Our Heroes works with the U.S. Chamber’s vast network of state and local chambers and strategic partners from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to bridge the civilian-military divide within the business community. Learn more here.
Relay For Life – The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world’s largest peer-to-peer fundraising event dedicated to saving lives from cancer. For over 35 years, communities across the world have come together to honor and remember loved ones and take action for lifesaving change. Funds raised through Relay For Life directly support breakthrough research, 24/7 support for cancer patients, access to lifesaving screenings, and much more. Learn More here.
Alzheimer’s Association – The Alzheimer’s Association leads the way to end Alzheimer’s and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. Learn more here.
EOD Warrior Foundation – The EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) serves the EOD community by providing financial assistance and support to Active-Duty, Reserve and National Guard, Retired and Veteran EOD technicians and their families. They support financial assistance and additional services such as morale events, peer-to-peer support, educational programs, connections to resources, care of the EOD Memorial, and sustained contact with our EOD warriors and their families. American Heart Association – For nearly 100 years, the American Heart Association has been fighting heart disease and stroke and helping families and communities thrive. Learn more here.
Downtown Rescue Mission – Downtown Rescue Mission serves as a lighthouse in our community for the poor, homeless, and destitute in order to meet their physical and spiritual needs. Learn more here.
AAAA Scholarship Foundation – The AAAA Scholarship Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation established to render financial assistance for the college-level education of members of the Army Aviation Association of America, Inc. (AAAA). The spouses, unmarried siblings, children and grandchildren of current and deceased AAAA members are also eligible. 100% of every dollar donated to the Scholarship Foundation goes to a scholarship or endowed principal based on the AAAA paying all overhead expenses for the Scholarship Foundation. National Children’s Advocacy Center – The National Children’s Advocacy Center (NCAC), located in Huntsville, Alabama, revolutionized the United States’ response to child sexual abuse. Since its creation in 1985, the NCAC has served as a model for the 1000+ Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) now operating in the United States and in more than 34 countries throughout the world, with 9 more currently in development. Liz Hurley Ribbon Run – The Liz Hurley Ribbon Run proceeds help ensure our region has access to the latest diagnostic technology through the Breast Centers at not-for-profit Huntsville Hospital and Madison Hospital. Learn more here.
