Yulista Holding, LLC Subsidiary Awarded NASA Contract for Aircraft Operations Support

Yulista Holding, LLC (YHL) subsidiary Yulista Tactical Services, LLC (YTS) has been awarded the Aircraft Maintenance, Logistics, Integration, Configuration Management and Engineering (ALICE) contract. The contract was awarded to YTS on December 18th with a maximum contract value of $264 Million. YTS is honored to be chosen to support NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) and their mission.

YTS will be providing maintenance, operations and training support for the Flight Operations Directorate at NASA’s JSC, aircraft based at Ellington Field in Houston, a forward operating location in El Paso, Texas, the agency’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, and other locations as required. YTS will provide flight operations services, aircraft maintenance, maintenance training, simulator instructional training, as well as engineering and operational support for a variety of fixed wing airframes, engines, and support equipment.

YTS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YHL, whose parent company, Calista Corporation, is a regional ANC formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971.
