Huntsville, Ala. — 19 Oct 2026 — Yulista is proud to announce the formal signing of a Lockheed Martin C-130 Service Center Agreement during the 2026 C-130 Technical Coordination Group (TCG) Worldwide Review. The agreement marks a significant milestone in the strategic relationship between Yulista and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, reinforcing their shared commitment to advancing C-130 aircraft readiness, modernization, and long-term sustainment for U.S. and international operators.
Building upon its previous selection as a continental United States (CONUS) depot sustainment partner, Yulista’s designation as a Lockheed Martin C-130 Approved Depot Service Center represents a major advancement in the company’s expanding fixed-wing Maintenance, Modification, Repair, and Overhaul (MMRO) capabilities.
Operating from its aircraft maintenance facilities in Birmingham, Alabama, Yulista will support depot-level maintenance, aircraft modifications, structural repairs, avionics modernization, and sustainment activities for the C-130 aircraft family. The agreement strengthens Yulista’s ability to deliver comprehensive aircraft sustainment solutions while supporting the evolving operational requirements of U.S. military customers and international C-130 operators.
As a Lockheed Martin C-130 Approved Depot Service Center, Yulista brings an established portfolio of aviation maintenance, manufacturing, and integration capabilities, including advanced composite repair, electrical and mechanical fabrication, cable and wiring harness production, structural sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, protective coatings, and aircraft systems integration.
The agreement reinforces several key strategic objectives:
- Expanded Domestic Depot Capacity: Strengthening CONUS-based sustainment capabilities to support aircraft availability, operational readiness, and mission requirements.
- Integrated Maintenance and Modernization: Providing comprehensive depot-level maintenance, repair, modification, and modernization capabilities within an established aviation sustainment enterprise.
- International Fleet Support: Supporting the long-term sustainment needs of allied and partner nations operating C-130 aircraft, including opportunities through U.S. Government Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
- Strategic Industry Collaboration: Leveraging the relationship between Lockheed Martin and Yulista to enhance aircraft sustainment solutions, operational efficiency, and customer responsiveness.
For more than seven decades, the C-130 Hercules has served as a cornerstone of military tactical airlift operations worldwide. As aircraft fleets continue to evolve and mission requirements increase, access to reliable depot maintenance, modernization, and sustainment capabilities remains essential to maintaining fleet readiness and extending aircraft service life.
The signing of this agreement represents another important step in Yulista’s continued investment in its fixed-wing aviation enterprise. Through ongoing facility enhancements, workforce development, specialized tooling and equipment investments, and process improvements, Yulista remains focused on delivering high-quality, mission-ready aircraft to its customers.
