Josh successfully led the restructuring of the M1 tool room, which involved overhauling the layout, inventory system, and process management to align with the standards set by the M5/M6 Tool Rooms. Despite the challenging task of handling 6,500 line items of tools and test sets, Josh completed the entire restructuring within a tight 3-month timeframe. Working diligently with 60-70 hour work weeks, he finished the project just in time for the annual APT Survey. We recognize and appreciate Josh`s dedication, hard work, and extended hours put into this project.
