Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Labs & Reagan Test Site SOPS Support
Our team of experts provided critical support to MIT/LL and RTS SOPS that enabled key testing windows for NSTTC data collections by addressing urgent requirements and overcoming scheduling conflicts to ensure RTS readiness.
Their achievements included:
- – Developing a unique security CONOPS to meet stringent operational requirements.
- – Integrating SOPS capabilities into the MPS-36 room at HMCC.

RDO Modernization Program
Under the leadership of Julia Rozanski, the team delivered the largest upgrade to the RDO Modernization Program since its inception. This tiger team’s proactive approach ensured that all requirements were met ahead of schedule, setting a new standard for excellence.
Key accomplishments included:
- – Installing over 100 consoles across ROC-H and Kwajalein to enhance operational capacity.
- – Managing RDO 4.0 software through CCB acceptance and deploying it into production.
- – Conducting both developmental and operational testing to validate system performance.
- – Replacing legacy RHEL 5 and RHEL 6 systems with RHEL 8, significantly improving cybersecurity and ensuring a seamless transition.
These efforts modernized the program and strengthened RTS-C’s security posture, ensuring mission readiness for years to come.
