HUNTSVILLE, AL, January 24, 2023 – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has awarded Tunista Valiant Joint Venture (TVJV) a $99 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Under this IDIQ, TVJV will perform full-service operation and maintenance (O&M) with incidental repair and minor construction through December 2027 in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Program in the O’ahu Region, Hawaii. Tunista President, Richard Harville shared, “Tunista is honored to partner with the USACE in support of the DHA program and expand our footprint in the O’ahu region where we have been supporting our government customers for over 20 years. We are also excited about growing our valued relationship with our JV partner, Valiant.”
“Valiant is thrilled to progress our longstanding relationship with the USACE under this MATOC,” said Dan Corbett, Valiant’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our strong strategic partnership with Tunista offers us an exciting opportunity to further apply our decades of O&M experience and innovative solutions in support of our troops and their families in the O’ahu Region, and we’re eager to get to work.”
