We are thrilled to announce that Julia Michaux-Watkins has joined Yulista Holding as our new Director of Human Resources. With over two decades of experience in HR management, Julia brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our company.
Julia’s distinguished career includes serving as HR Director at HudsonAlpha Institute of Biotechnology, Interfuze Corporation, and Torch Technologies. Her extensive background in policy development, benefits design, process improvement, and employee relations for Federal Contractors will be invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources from Faulkner University. Her dedication to fostering a positive work environment and supporting our employees aligns perfectly with our company values.
Outside of work, Julia and her husband John spend time with their blended family of 5 children and 2 grandchildren. She also volunteers as a facilitator for Jobs for Life with The Cornerstone Initiative.
