Operating under the CARC System IAW Mil-DTL-53072 and Mil-STD-186 Yulista utilizes 5,097 square feet for the finishing, part marking and stenciling of all manufacturing requirements. Our qualified painters are experienced in Polyurethane, enamels and Carc finishes.

Silk-screening is a quick and cost-effective alternative to painting or engraving. This technique allows for custom designs without size or color restrictions. It is perfect for large-batch applications such as nameplates, part labels, and safety instructions.
M&R STARLIGHT SCREEN PRINTING:
High-output UV LEDs produce fast, inexpensive screen exposures at cooler operating temperatures.
The high density of M&R’s screen-exposure LEDs provides the finest detail, the most uniform coverage, and the quickest exposures available.

CHEMICAL COATING
Our state-of-the-art Chemical Conversion line offers both type 1 class 1A & 3 and type II class 1A & 3 chem film, operating under Mil-DTL-5541 standard.
Our line consists of an 11-tank system that features cleaner, double cascade rinse, nitric acid bath, double cascade rinse, type II dip and final double cascade rinse.
Inside the stand-alone facility, we operate a lab for conducting titrations on all tanks and manage PH levels of systems. Yulista ensures conformance to quality standards and MIL-DTL-5541 specifications using our salt spray test chamber to evaluate corrosion resistance properties on products treated within our facility.
