SUMMARY:2024 Backpack Campaign
DESCRIPTION:Through generous donations, Yulista and our communities raise and deliver backpacks filled with school supplies to students across the nation. In today’s challenging economy, many families struggle to cover the increasing costs of school essentials for their children. Our goal is to alleviate that burden and help equip students with the tools they need to be successful in their education.\nOur 2024 goal is to deliver 1,700 backpacks and supplies to students in 8 states! Once we exceed our goal (in true Team Yulista fashion) all extra funds raised will be used to purchase requested classroom & teacher needs for the schools in Alaska. YulistaCARES has covered the cost of the hygiene kits meaning we can put all our focus on raising backpacks! We plan on delivering 500 of those backpacks and add-on hygiene kits to students in Alaska. The remaining 1,200 backpacks will be delivered to the selected nominated schools.
